Course Description
The Wine Council of Ontario developed this program to educate the public about wine making within Ontario. This course is designed not only for bartenders and servers; it will also provide those who have a passion for wine with a better understanding of wine making industry.
This course will cover all you need to know about Ontario wines. Covering topics such as the wine appellations of Ontario vineyards, the wine making process, how to serve wine, wine tasting tips and techniques, and wine and food matching principles. After taking the course you will be more confident in your wine knowledge and be able to recommend wine to friends and customers.
Requires a minimum passing grade of 86%
