This program is designed for beginners looking to expand their knowledge of serving.
Discover the basics of serving in this hands-on course. Learn the how to carry 3 plates, proper wine service and the proper etiquette for serving a customer. Being well trained instills confidence in you, the guest and the establishment for which you are working. We focus on buffet food service, plated food service and French (Russian) food service.
